How quickly can you deliver and what are the costs?

For non-branded products, delivery is typically within 2 working days via DPD.
Branded garments are usually delivered within 7–10 working days.
UK delivery is £9 per order, with free delivery on orders over £150 (ex. VAT).

Is there a logo set-up cost?

For first-time orders, a one-off £10 digitising fee applies to convert your logo for embroidery or print. On orders over £100 (ex. VAT), this is free.
There is no additional fee for repeat orders using the same logo.

Will I see a proof of my logo before production?

Yes — we will provide a visual proof of your logo for approval before production begins, ensuring you’re happy with the size and finish.
